Using Sharpie Markers To Draw

This hubpage will attempt to demostrate why I am a fan of sharpie markers and drawing with them is something that I do recommend and also using them to colour in your art too.

Sharpie markers come in quite a few colours and they are permanent markers, but unlike other markers of this type, the colours don't fade and they are quite vibrant when drawn on clean white paper and the colours don't streak if you apply the colours in a clean and tidy way, if you do happen to make your colour slightly streaky then just go over it to even the colour out, once it dries the colour looks nice and smooth.

Below I have done a few drawings with various sharpie markers, so watch the videos and see for yourself, I have lots of sharpie mini markers which I prefer to use when sketching or drawing with them, but you may use the larger ones if you feel more comfortable holding them to draw.

Some of the sharpie colour range can be used to blend and colour can also be laid on top of another colour to create a richer colour, like most art markers I usually like using the red, orange and yellow for funky fire colour designs on my tattoos.
